Join us for our first collaboration retreat with The Scrapbook Studio of Taveres, Florida!!! This 4-day Scrapper's Rx Retreat is located at the Aloft/Element, 5750 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando, Florida...right in the heart of the tourist district where there is no shortage of shopping or dining choices. Our event starts on Thursday at 10am and ends on Sunday at 5pm. The crop room is open the until midnight on Thursday and until 2 am on Friday and Saturday night.
All attendees will receive a six foot table for cropping with power! Everyone receives a Welcome Gift and there are door prizes throughtout the weekend with our grand prize drawing held on Saturday night.
The Scrapbook Studio will be our primary vendor with them bringing the bulk of their Tavares store with them!! They'll also be teaching classes. Tula XII and Bee Creative Crafts will also crafting goodness for you, too.
We will provide water, ice and various snacks all weekend, but meals are on on your own. However, breakfast is available for free to hotel guests.
The crop room is located at the ALOFT, while our hotel room block is located in the ELEMENT. Hotel rooms are the responsibility of each individual/group. Rooms at the Element include a kitchenette and can sleep as many as 6 guests. Double check your room configuration, as some do vary. Our hotel group rate is $129 per night, plus taxes. We'll provided the room block code upon confirmation of deposit/payment. Rooms must be booked by April 15th. If you have special requests for the hotel, please communicate that with them far in advance, not when you arrive at the hotel. Often, requests cannot be accommodated at the last minute...like a special room or a room in a specific location. If room location is important to you, please make that clear when you reserve your hotel room. There are no resort or parking fees for this event and the hotel offers free wifi, a pool and many other ammenitites.
All seats at this event are $225.00. A $50.00 deposit is required to hold your spot, or you may choose to pay in full. However, full and final payment is due by March 15th. We also have set deadlines for any kind of refunds, so please read the cancellation policy when registering. (Note: we do not offer any other packages, or day or partial-day rates, until the week before the event. If the event is not sold out, you may email us with a request for a day rate.)
