Join us for our third wine dinner of the season hosted by our bar manager, Tiffany Henry! We will be featuring a 4 course dinner around Orin Swift wines!We will be featuring pumpkin bisque paired with Mannequin Chardonnay, bacon wrapped dates paired with Slander Pinot; a sous vide half chicken drizzled with maple glaze on roasted mashed pumpkin with cranberries and candied pecans paired with Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc and a Dark chocolate crusted pumpkin cheesecake with caramel cream topping and dark chocolate shavings with 6 Years in The Desert
