Introducing the "Origins" series, a themed event exploring the origins of different musical genres!Origins - Ghosts of Hip Hop
Join us as we tackle the rich legacy of hip hop music with the help of many of Cleveland's talented local musicians.
We are pleased to announce that a portion of the proceeds will be going to The VoiceIt Foundation!
They are a foundation created by Voice It Radio, working to educate and prevent human trafficking in Notheast Ohio and create opportunities for youth to be involved in arts and culture.

Origins All Star Band:
Created specifically for the Origins series, this band is made up of multiple different musicians from around the Cleveland area, whose capabilities span across many styles and genres. For this installation, the Origins All Star Band is comprised of members known for their work with Apostle Jones, Vibe and Direct, Rubix Groove, Camel Butter, and more!
For this event, the band will be performing a selection of pieces that have been used as samples in various hip hop tracks throughout the years.
Chris/Tucker:
Featuring Thunder St. Clair aka David Tucker, and Chris Walker of Broccoli Samurai and Vibe & Direct, this duo will be performing instrumental hip hop compositions including several special guests!
Broken Keys b2b Mooke da God:
Broken Keys is the electronic side project of Tommy Sheridan aka Chemist of Cleveland Hip Hop duo, Smoke Screen. Joining him is Mooke da God, local hip hop artist and long time collaborator with Broken Keys under the project name, Smoke Screen.
