Origami Class “Blooming Heart” Earrings & a Card

Looking for something fun and relaxing to do on a Saturday night? We’ve got you! Join us on May 30, 2026, 6-8 pm, at Art a la Carte gallery for a cozy, hands-on creative experience to make origami earrings and origami-inspired greeting card. Relax, create, and enjoy tea and cookies.

Origami is the Japanese art of folding paper into various shapes. It involves creating intricate designs through a series of folds. We’ll cut and fold special paper into beautiful shapes, attach them to earring hooks with glass beads, and also glue some shapes over origami paper onto a blank card, and voilà – a unique pair of earrings and a hand-made card ready to go home with you!

This is more than just a class — it creates space for you to slow down, decompress, try something new, and channel your creativity. The calming process of origami folding is grounding, tactile, and deeply satisfying. Whether you’re a beginner or simply looking for a mindful creative escape, this workshop is perfect for you.
