Jonas Loeb (NYC)

Jonas Loeb is a Jersey City, NJ based DJ/Producer who draws from bass music, trance, and cinematic film sound design elements to create irresistible and genreless sonic blueprints.

Despite producing original music and remixes for the better part of a decade and a half, Jonas came off a multi-year hiatus in 2023 and has since quickly regained momentum. In 2023, he played the Soundz Organic Sound Camp at Elements Music and Arts Festival B2B with Tashi, and his ‘Dark Arts’ EP reached #4 on the Dubstep / 140 Beatport Charts that same year. He’s released music on labels including BASSCVLT, Dope & Mean Records, and DreamCrusher Media, with more on the way.

His approach often incorporates a vibrant mix of unreleased, bass-heavy remixes of pop songs, including fan-favorites like Fergalicious by Fergie and Sexual Eruption by Snoop Dogg. Jonas views his process as akin to wizardry, “tasked with casting the right spells at the right time, if the right spell isn't out there, you just need to create it yourself.”

His standout set at the 2024 "Bass In Its Place" festival in New Jersey served as his Cheese Plate Bass Volume II. Mix, which garnered online support and showcases Jonas’ ability to channel the energy, introduce his signature sound, and bend genres into a harmonious adventure.
