Walk through the orchard and hear about what it takes to get organic certification, the orchard processes - growing, harvesting and distribution as well as pruning, mulching, and integrating livestock. Move indoors to hear about the pros and cons of building with hemp, the build process and what it’s like living in a hemp home, as well as other sustainable features of the home. 1.30pm - 3.30pm 11 Nov (Mon)
