Come join us for a fantastic organ recital featuring Maggie Tran, a Pinellas County local. She will be performing her senior organ recital here at Calvary before presenting the same program at the University of Florida a week later in fulfillment of her Bachelor of Music degree.
Bio: Maggie Tran is a senior piano major with a minor in Spanish. In her freshman year at the University of Florida, she began taking organ lessons, studying with Dr. Laura Ellis. She was raised in Saint Petersburg, FL and attended Pinellas County Center for the Arts. She currently serves as organist at First United Methodist Church of Gainesville. Outside of the practice room, Maggie can be found gardening or getting swole with the Gator Weightlifting Club.
This event is free and open to the public, with a reception to follow.
