About this Event
Born in Québec and a graduate of The Juilliard School, Dr Isabelle Demers is internationally renowned for her electrifying virtuosity and charismatic stage presence. Now Associate Professor of Organ at McGill University, she first gained global attention after her performance at the 2010 International Society of Organbuilders Convention, which famously sparked what many called “Demers Fever”.
With a reputation for “bracing virtuosity” (Chicago Classical Review) and deeply expressive musicianship, she has captivated audiences across North America, Europe, and beyond. Her acclaimed recordings on the Acis and Pro Organo labels continue to receive high praise for their depth and artistry.
