Founded in 2009 by Brad and Kathy Irwin, Oregon Spirit Distillers was the first distillery in Central Oregon to operate a still and remains proudly family-owned today. Rooted deeply in Oregon agriculture and craftsmanship, they work closely with local farmers to grow the grains used in their premium spirits, creating bottles that truly reflect the bold, independent spirit of the Pacific Northwest.
