Come join us for a festive evening in Portland on Tue Dec 10th, 2024 for the annual Oregon Section of the Institute of Food Technologists (OSIFT) Holiday Dinner Meeting & Raffle! This year, join us at the Firehouse Restaurant and celebrate the end of the year with us and Willamette Equity Advisors!

Indulge in a delicious meal while mingling with fellow food enthusiasts, industry, and academia professionals! Our guest speaker for the evening will be Mike White!

During the evening, we will also hold our annual raffle to benefit the Oregon Food Bank. 100% of sales from raffle tickets will be donated to the Food Bank.

We can't wait to celebrate the holiday season with you!

Event will be held in the upstairs on the top floor of the restaurant.

Event Schedule:

• 5:00-6:00pm- Social Hour/ Cash Bar
• 6:00pm- Dinner
• 6:45-8:30pm- Speaker Hour + Raffle

Dinner: Dinner will be served with Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, and Gluten Free options

Costs:

• Members: $40
• Non-Members: $45
• Students: $15
• Donation to Oregon Food Bank is appreciated.
• Add-on some Raffle Tickets for a chance to win prizes! $5 for a single ticket or 3 for $10. All proceeds go directly towards the Oregon Food Bank.
