Meet the Artists:
HEATHER DEEGAN HIRES is a self-taught Southern New Jersey artist, residing in Atlantic City, creating paintings on canvases, murals, as well as body painting and live performance. While there is a love for the contrast of black and white, Heather most often can be found painting in bright vibrant colors. Inspired by her surroundings and a creative flow, her art tends to sway to an edgier, unique style.
RUBEN GARCIA is a commercial, editorial, and fine art photographer with over 20 years’ experience. His unique use of lighting, composition and posing techniques gives a signature style to his work. For the last eight years he has frequently worked with his life partner, painter and body artist Heather Deegan Hires. Originally from NYC he is currently based in Atlantic City, NJ. Ruben has worked in the entertainment industry shooting red carpet events and movie premieres. He is also known for his creative model portfolios as well as portraits for fashion, beauty, and family portraits.
