Two local musical groups come together for a joint concert. Expect lively dance tunes, graceful airs and even the occasional song, all in their own arrangements, drawn from sources around the south of England or with connections to the local area.
Based in Fordingbridge, the Wessex Folk Orchestra is a group of musicians who come together to play folk music from Britain and Europe. If you can play a portable acoustic instrument, you could be part of it. We are a friendly group who welcome new players.

Southampton Folk Orchestra is an open access group that plays traditional folk music with connections to the local area. The group creates arrangements of tunes together and performs at least once a term. The orchestra welcomes all players of acoustic instruments from confident experienced musicians to beginners.
