I found a cheaper venue (Eagles downtown Muskegon) Here is a list of the updated prices based on amount of people.

Whats included in the price is the rental fee + DJ
I am working on some additional funding I might be able to get from the school for this event to make it even cheaper for everyone so stay tuned on the final cost!
