Orange You Glad You’re Not a Deer? | Tim & Kay Busch Fundraiser at WoodWind Park

A good afternoon. A meaningful way to show up. Orange You Glad You’re Not a Deer? is back at WoodWind Park, and this year we’re gathering for Tim and Kay Busch with live music, a wine walk, and a little friendly scavenger-hunt competition.
Tim has been part of our park team since 2021. He helped Paul build the disc golf course and worked on paths around the property. If you’ve spent time exploring here, you’ve experienced some of his work.
After a serious health setback and a lengthy hospital stay, Tim and Kay are navigating recovery and changes to daily life. This Play It Forward fundraiser is our way of coming together in support of them. In our conversation, they spoke about medical expenses, travel to appointments and adaptations at home, the practical costs that come with recovery.
YOUR AFTERNOON AT THE PARK
• Live music by Up South
• A wine walk
• The To-Doe List: a mini scavenger hunt with prizes
• Fresh baked goods, with preorder details coming soon
• Event specific merchandise
Whether you know Tim and Kay, love the park, or simply want an enjoyable afternoon with friends, you’re welcome to join us.
Mark Going or Interested, invite your people, and help us spread the word. Follow this event for updates as November 21 gets closer.
