ORANGE CHEESE?? Let’s talk about annatto.

We like to talk about orange cheese like a big ol’ marketing ploy. (It’s all annatto to me!) In this class, we’ll be comparing a lineup of bright orange cheeses and talking about their curiosities. Why’s the stuff there? What is it? What makes an orange cheddar different from a white one? We’ll cover it all, and then ask you the important question of… can you really taste the orange?!... It’s Halloween, after all, and you NEED that orange cheese.
