*English below*Alla människor har en sak gemensamt; vi har alla varit där, på insidan av någons kropp! Trots att vi alla har olika erfarenheter av att bli till, att komma till, eller ge liv till nya personer, så är vi ändå sammanbundna i detta; Livets första kammarspel.
I Dolly har OR/ELLER låtit tre ledstjärnor korsbefrukta verkets tematik - Fåret Dolly - den första klonen, artisten Dolly Parton - kvinnan som fortsatt sin skapelse utanför livmodern, och så dockan, som kommer till liv genom lek och fantasi. Med utgångspunkt i erfarenheter från tiden mellan det första hjärtslaget och det första andetaget, vänder de ut och in på tanken om ett inuti och låter Dolly breda ut sig som en delad horisont.
Dolly är en dansant fysikalisk verkstad som hämtar inspiration från anatomisk teater, kammarspel och dockteater. Kroppen och dess rörelse sätts på display när Anja Arnquist, Sam Huczkowski och Madeleine Lindh låter dansens förmåga att blåsa liv, tala för tanken om celldelningens poetik, subjektivitetens utsmetade gränser och en konstruerad tillblivelse i vår samtida värld.
Dolly är inte en föreställning för barn, inte heller en föreställning för vuxna, utan en föreställning för människor mellan 10-99år. Under tre veckor i november transformeras studio 1 på MDT. Det är första gången OR/ELLER gästar MDT.
Under två utvalda kvällar presenteras SALONG DOLLY i anslutning till själva föreställningen. (TBA). Till dessa kvällar är det 18 årsgräns, då det serveras både alkoholhaltiga drycker och efterpubertala tematiska grepp.

All people have one thing in common; we have all been there, on the inside of someone's body! Even though we all have different experiences of becoming, of coming into being, or of giving life to new people, we are still bound together in this; Life's first chamber play.
In Dolly, OR/ELLER has let three guiding stars cross fertilize the thematic of the work - Dolly the sheep - the first clone, Dolly Parton the artist - the woman who has continued her creation outside of the womb, and the doll, who comes alive through play and imagination. Drawing from experiences of the time between the first heartbeat and the first breath, they turn the idea of a "within" inside out and allow Dolly to spread out like a shared horizon.
Dolly is a dancing laboratory, gathering inspiration from anatomical theater, chamber plays and puppet theater. The body and its movements are put on display when Anja Arnquist, Sam Huczkowski and Madeleine Lindh let dance's ability to breathe life speak for the idea of the poetics of cell division, the blurred boundaries of subjectivity and a constructed becoming in our contemporary world.
Dolly is not a performance for children, it is not a performance for adults, but rather it is a performance for people between the ages of 10-99. During three weeks in November, Studio 1 at MDT will be transformed. This will be the first time that OR/ELLER visit MDT.
On two selected evenings, SALONG DOLLY will be presented in conjunction with the performance. (TBA)
There is an 18 years or older age limit on these evenings, as both alcoholic beverages and post-pubescent themes will be served.
