Spend a day on a hidden gem from one of Britain's most revered choral composers, John Rutter. His Requiem takes us on a journey from darkness to light, reflecting ‘the ideals of beauty and calm reverence’, which so inspired the composer.
You’ll meet Opus 48 Musical Director, David Crown, and take part in an engaging rehearsal. You'll also have the opportunity to meet members of Opus 48 and other musically-minded people from across Oxfordshire and further afield and find out more about Opus 48 and what makes it so special.
The workshop will comprise vocal training, teamwork and performance in the company of others who love choral music. This will be a day for improving your singing skills in a friendly atmosphere.
The cost is £20 per singer for the day - score hire included!
