Opun Mic Night - Theme: Get Lucky!

OPUN MIC NIGHT is a gathering of creatives to wordplay, improv, write, share their work, and meet other like-minds in a casual, 'low-stakes' environment.

This free community event on the first Friday's at 5:30 at ColdTowne is about having fun, not (necessarily) being funny!

Our theme for March is Get Lucky!

You may be green at puns when you arrive and by the end of the night, you'll be spitting comedy gold.

Optional dress code: casino glam, green, sequins, and/or St. Paddy’s Day flair.

Info: Warm up facilitated group improv exercises that allow you to try out some wordplay games that may include learning names, rhyming, and puns.

Info: We'll give you an optional writing prompt to get your creativity flowin' with some lowfi tunes to set the mood. (Bring a notebook and pen or laptop!)

Info: Share what you wrote, a comedy bit, poem, or short performance.
