The Wisconsin American Parkinson Disease Association is hosting our annual Optimism Walk at the Warner Park Pavilion on Saturday, August 27th. Registration opens at 9:00. Walk begins at 10:00. There will be live music by Rare Element, a 7 piece brass funk band. Food is available to purchase from Propa Jerk BBQ Jamaican Cuisine and Cool Sweet Treats Ice Cream Truck. The East High School Purgolders Cheer Team and Madison Mallard's mascot, Maynard will be there to help pump up the crowd. There will be tons of raffles to enter and more! Register today! Form a team and compete to see who can raise the most money. All proceeds go to the WI APDA where "Every day, we provide the support, education, and research that will help everyone impacted by Parkinson’s disease live life to the fullest."
