Optima is hosting a hybrid event for local San Diego Non-Profits who need assistance creating and updating their budget. This event will be hosted in-person at Optima Office - 5120 Shoreham Pl Suite 285, San Diego, CA 92122 in our large conference room.
Space is limited to 24 people, so please register quickly if you would like to attend. Plenty of virtual seats are available.
At this event you will learn:
-Best practices for creating a Non-Profit budget
-How to navigate the budgeting process & how to align it with your strategic plan
-Methods of communication to create accountability within your management team
-How to best utilize & manage your budget leveraging reports
Event Details:
Every attendee will receive a workbook to create their budget during the event. Each workbook will be preloaded with the correct accounting formulas and tabs in order for you to create your budget. Please bring a personal laptop if possible.
There is limited seating for 24 onsite at Optima Office. Lunch will be served for those attending onsite.
The online Zoom event will be open to anyone who registers.
