The consequence of this fact is that we end in anxiety, mental rumination, depression, and ultimately, burnout.
Many times we discard the simple things that, unbeknownst to us, can provide a massive return of investment in our human experience. And proper breathing is one of those.

Optimal Breathing WorkshopIn this workshop, you will discover the power of your own breath to manage your state under any stressful situation, calm your mind, and achieve an optimal functioning of your mind, body, and emotions with minimal effort.
Part 1
We’ll cover the theory behind optimal breathing, remove the myths and provide the principles of optimal breathing. You will also leave with actionable steps that you can take in the upcoming weeks.
Part 2
We’ll move straight into the practice! Get ready to experience a combination of Superventilation Techniques to reset your Nervous System and quiet the mind.

Contraindications:
If you are pregnant or currently experience glaucoma, detached retina, and some instances of recent surgery or injury, heart disease, high blood pressure, or severe mental health conditions such as psychosis or severe anxiety disorders, please let JJ know when you arrive. You can still participate in the event, and JJ will provide you custom-tailor breathing protocols.
