EDABC's Opportunity Tours: Pipeline and Market Intelligence for Black Developers and Business Leaders is a curated half-day experience designed to connect Black professionals to real development opportunities, active urban renewal zones, and emerging market intelligence — in markets that are moving right now.

Our inaugural tour takes you inside Lakewood, Colorado — exploring ten carefully selected stops across urban renewal zones and business expansion corridors, alongside peers who are ready to act on what they see.
