Opiate is a tribute band dedicated to playing the music of Tool. They formed in Bristol, Rhode Island in 2010, and have since become New England’s most enduring Tool tribute.
Opiate prides themselves on faithfully replicating Tool’s complex sound and delivering a full audio-visual experience — with visual arts and stagecraft playing a big part in their performances.
Over the years, Opiate has built a reputation in the New England live-music scene, regularly playing shows across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and beyond.
