"What a wonderful past month of events here in Five Points with our fantastic porch fest and the successful garage sale! We are lucky to live in our beautiful neighborhood and community. Let’s make sure that we do our part to keep our neighborhood beautiful and join in on the upcoming Cleanup event put together by Operation Green Team (OGT). It’s a great way to give back to Five Points and meet your fellow neighbors! Mark your calendar -- the cleanup is only a few days away. Here are the details:
When: Saturday June 13, 8-10 a.m.
Where: Lewter Family Park, corner of Wellman & Windham
How: Just show up, be prepared to walk a few blocks and pick up litter. As always, supplies will be furnished by the city's Operation Green Team.
