Operation Black Tide is a live, real-world cipher hunt set across Felixstowe. Teams will follow coded trails, uncover hidden intelligence, and navigate layered challenges to recover what was lost.

🎪 A FULL-DAY LIVE EXPERIENCE
Operation Black Tide is more than a mission.
The Main Event Arena will host live entertainment throughout the day, creating a central hub of energy and atmosphere.
Beach Street will provide food and drink for teams and supporters.
Along the hunt route, scheduled “break stops” allow teams to pause, regroup, refuel and strategise before continuing the mission.
This is a full-day live experience — not just a start-and-finish sprint.

📲 PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All participating players must each hold a valid ticket and have access to a mobile device in order to take part in the live hunt.
Every team member is individually timed and tracked through the mission system.
No shared tickets.
No shared logins.
This ensures fairness, accuracy and safety.

Supporters are more than welcome to attend and enjoy the day from the Main Event Arena.

All teams will regroup back at the arena for the final leg of the hunt and closing verification.
