Opera Bites, Sydney’s favourite boutique opera company is back at The Castlereagh Boutique Hotel with an unforgettable evening of fully costumed popular opera complete with a bespoke menu and sparkling on arrival.

You are invited to Prince Orlofsky’s sumptuous masquerade ball in one of Sydney CBD’s most beautiful heritage ballrooms. Immerse yourself in operatic splendour with lavishly costumed popular opera in a stunning hidden-Sydney location. From the moment you step through the doors you’ll be transported to the magnificence of Vienna, complete with sparkling chandeliers and a glass of bubbly on arrival.

Tickets are $150 (+booking fee) and include a 90-minute fully costumed show, 3-course meal and a glass of bubbly on arrival. (Further drinks available for purchase).

Gabriel Eisenstein has to go to gaol tonight. First though, there is a fabulous masked ball to attend at Prince Orlofsky’s palace – THE social event of the season. Among the (disguised) guests are his gaoler, Frank, his maid, Adele, and even his wife, Rosalinda. When he finally gets to gaol, he finds that someone else has been arrested in his place – someone who was at his house and in his dressing gown the previous evening ...

 Is my ticket transferrable?

Generally, tickets are non-transferrable to other event dates, however may be transferred to another person. Whilst we will endeavour to transfer your booking to another event date, this may not be possible.   If in doubt, feel free to get in contact with us.  Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?

We understand that plans can change.  We are very happy for you to pass your ticket on to a friend or colleague to enjoy on your behalf.  If you are able to let us know prior via email ([email protected]) we appreciate it so our venue can amend the seating plan accordingly.
