Opening your Heart: An Embodied Role-Play Workshop

Join “Opening Your Heart” if you're curious to explore how love can flow freely in your life. Everywhere we feel stuck or blocked in life is an opportunity to learn our potential to love. By focusing on what is ‘stuck’ we invite curiosity, role-play and an open heart to reveal new perspectives that can spark love and joy in our lives.

About our Technique:

Embodied Role-Play is a unique process created by Leland, inspired by his experience with Psychodrama and Systemic Constellation. This approach is rooted in openness and curiosity, guiding the group toward a natural path that benefits all participants. The session begins with a warm-up phase that helps everyone arrive in the present moment and in their bodies. Once the group feels energized and present, we move into the action phase, which will either involve partner work or selecting a single topic for the group. Participants will then embody various helpful roles and later reverse their characters, opening their minds and hearts to new perspectives and seeing themselves as if reflected in a mirror through their encounters. We conclude with a closing sharing, allowing everyone to integrate their experiences and insights.

About our Facilitator:

Leland is a facilitator dedicated to helping individuals break free from fear-based patterns and reconnect with themselves to create deeply fulfilling and purpose-driven lives. Drawing on a unique blend of techniques, family constellation work, and his own creation, Embodied Role-Play, Leland guides clients through a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
