Opening To Creativity: A Yoga and Art Experience

Join Jennifer Mellon of Beyond Chaos Yoga & Art for this incredible yoga and art experience. Jennifer has been teaching yoga since 2019, and has been a working artist since 2015. She is excited to share her passions with you!
She will begin by leading you through a grounding, chakra balancing yoga practice. This process will also allow you to get out of your head and into your body, and it will be accessible for all levels. Beginners are welcome!
After this rejuvenating practice, you will enjoy a guided meditation before embarking on an intuitive art experience. All materials and instruction will be provided, and you will leave with your own personal artwork to remind you of this transformative session.
Light refreshments and tea will also be available during the art portion of this workshop. A few yoga mats will be provided, but bring your own if you have one. Class spaces are very limited this time, so sign up early to get your spot.
