A glorious afternoon exploring the theory, practise and metaphysics of Buddhist Meditation. With Steve Hart. There will be a break half way through the afternoon. This Pay As You Feel event is part of the 2024 Leeds Mindfulness Festival. It is open to beginners as well as those more experienced. It takes place in the beautiful Gatehouse Community Space at Abbey House Museum.
