Gently return scattered energy through breath, visualization, and intentional movement.

Cultivate compassion for yourself and others through chest-opening and mindful rest.

🌼 Drop in and pay $12 in cash or register by sending an e-transfer to [email protected]
🌼 3 classes for $30
🌼 Please bring your yoga mat or a towel, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes
