Opening Space in Rogers Park

You are invited to participate in a free, in-person, weekly gathering focused on mindfulness and reflection. In response to the particular forms of collective stress arising at this time, we can come together around restoration and connection, as we continue to navigate our changing world. Join us at Culture of Safety in Rogers Park for an opportunity to center yourself in a supportive, shared space.

Reiki will also be provided to interested participants by Megan Brand, Certified Reiki Master Level 3, of Radical Love Reiki.

Time: Tuesdays from April 21 thru June 9, 12-12:55pm (drop-in, attend any or all)

Place: Culture of Safety (6961 N Clark)

Facilitators: local therapists including Libby Bachhuber, LCSW, Brit Holmberg, LCSW, MDiv, and Nessa De Leon, LCPC, BC-DMT.
