For Tomás, nothing is more important than his son Kevin, a 12-year-old boy who sees the world in a unique way. His mother abandoned him shortly after he was born, unable to understand why her baby didn’t respond like other children. The truth is that Kevin is autistic, and although caring for him has been an overwhelming responsibility for Tomás, it has also become his greatest reason for living.

Aware that his time is running out due to a terminal illness, Tomás faces his greatest fear: leaving Kevin alone in a world that may not understand him. But his son has a special gift: when he places his ear on someone’s chest, he can feel the true essence of their soul. And now, more than ever, he will need that ability to find someone who can protect him when his father is no longer there.
