This class if for the weekend warrior craving a natural high through intermediate breathing and a vinyasa inspired yoga class to get the day started. I highly recommend bringing a towel because the Florida sun is here to stay and play with us.
Join me at the beautfiul Rivercrest Park in Seminole Heights with water, a yoga mat and comfortable clothes. Props such as blocks and blankets are encouraged but not required.
