The workshop is a two-day immersive exploration of movement, adaptability, communication, and creative problem-solving. We work through the core principles of the Fighting Monkey Practice — Zero Forms, Movement Situations, and Metacognitive Reflections — to develop physical dexterity, long-term resilience, and meaningful personal practice.This workshop welcomes movers, coaches, dancers, athletes, therapists, teachers, and anyone curious about improving the way they move, think, and relate.

Who It’s For:
Open to practitioners from diverse backgrounds — dancers, martial artists, therapists, athletes, educators, creatives, and anyone exploring the deeper layers of human adaptability and embodied learning.
No prerequisites; we work with what we have.
What to Expect:
Dynamic tasks, partner situations, creative challenges, and applied practice.
We explore movement as a dynamic dialogue between body and mind, between partners and environment, between structure and improvisation.
Expect an environment that is welcoming, challenging, and rich in discovery.
Teacher:
Jakub Zeman
Senior Fighting Monkey Teacher, movement educator, and researcher with a background in martial arts, dance, and information systems. Studying closely with Linda Kapetanea & Jozef Fruček since 2015, Jakub’s work brings together playfulness, physical dexterity, curiosity, and precise long-term practice development. He teaches internationally and continuously tests and evolves his practice across diverse communities.
