About this Event
Our workshop takes place in a beautiful former monastery in Düsseldorf.
The main entrance door downstairs will be open. If the door is closed, please ring the bell marked “Raum im Einklang.”
The workshop space is located on the first floor. Once inside, simply follow the signs to find us.
Please bring
- A yoga or exercise mat
- Enough water to keep you hydrated
- Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely
All art materials will be provided — you don’t need to bring anything for the creative part of the workshop.
Language
The workshop will be held in English, using simple and easy-to-understand language. You don’t need to be fluent in English — German-speaking participants with a basic understanding of English will be able to follow the workshop comfortably.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the workshop begins, so we can start together in a relaxed atmosphere.
