Open Talk: Brazilian Design Now - Vision, Legacy, Innovation, and Style

Moderated by design author and creative strategist Emilio Pimentel-Reid, the conversation will bring together influential voices to explore the legacy of Brazilian modernism, the rise of new design talent, and the qualities that make Brazilian design both distinctive and relevant to contemporary interiors.

The panel features Angela Figueiredo - custodian of ’s archive and daughter of the celebrated modernist whose furniture collection will be presented by Cobogó Gallery, alongside Nina Litchfield, Brazilian-German interior designer, Stephanie Barba Mendoza, London-based Mexican interior designer and Luigi Esposito, Creative Director & CEO of Oro Bianco Studio.

Together, they will discuss their creative links to Brazil and Latin America, passion for exceptional materials and craftsmanship, and views on Brazilian design’s cultural significance in a global market, including the rich dialogue between European and Bra- zilian design traditions.
