OPEN STUDIO -Upcycle/Recreate ART Week - Father's Day Edition

Turn the overlooked into something unforgettable during Upcycle & Recreate Week at Creative Chaos (Father’s Day Edition).

This hands-on workshop is all about building something from nothing—using junk drawer treasures, salvaged materials, and unexpected finds to create one-of-a-kind art. Think less “perfect painting” and more creative problem-solving meets artistic chaos.

Whether you're assembling abstract wall art, transforming old items into something new, or just seeing where the materials take you—this is your chance to create without rules.

Projects may include:
• Upcycled wall art using found objects
• Mixed media assemblages (wood, metal, trinkets, etc.)
• Functional or decorative pieces made from reclaimed materials
• Abstract builds with layered textures and dimension

We’ll provide a wide variety of materials, tools, and surfaces to work with. You’re also encouraged to bring your own items—old keys, hardware, costume jewelry, small tools, sea shells, rocks, or anything with a story.

Perfect for Dad & Me, gifts, or creating together.
Also great for beginners, families, date nights, or anyone who loves to build, tinker, and get a little messy.

No experience needed. Our instructors are available to guide you as much or as little as you'd like—from full creative freedom to step-by-step support.

Small Projects: $15 each
Medium Projects: $25–35
Large Projects: $40–55

(Bring your own base and save $5! Base can be a mirror, vinyl record, clock, window shutter, serving tray, picture frame, etc.)

Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks!
Alcoholic beverages are allowed if you are over 21!
