Take part in the Museum's bi-monthly Open Studio to meet like-minded people who enjoy making, crafting and creativity. Open Studio is the perfect way to relax and release your inner artist.Guided by a Museum team member, we will provide craft resources including vintage knitting, crochet and sewing patterns from the collection, spinning wheels, rigid heddle weaving looms and more.
Bring your own craft project to share or you can craft for a cause. Our projects include making Wildlife Victoria's Pouches for Orphaned Joeys and the Red Cross Trauma Teddies.
Open Studio is suitable for all ages and abilities. No experience or resources required, just a willingness to come and try!
