EINTRITT 5,-€Die Open Stage ist ein Event, bei dem Amateur-und Profi-Musiker spontan live Songs zusammenspielen, die sie zuvor aus einer Liste von Cover-Songs von bekannten Bands auswählen.
Die Veranstaltung soll nicht als Jam Session, Open Mic oder Karaoke verstanden werden. Es werden ausschließlich Cover-Songs gespielt und keine eigenen Kompositionen.
Als Allererstes tragen sich die Musiker aus dem Publikum als Drummer, Bassist, Gitarrist, Sänger oder Keyboarder oder andere Instrumente in die Cover-Liste der ein. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit einen anderen Cover-Song, der nicht in der Liste vorkommt, einzutragen. Dafür stehen Zusatzblätter zur Verfügung.
Wenn die Drums, Gitarre, Bass und der Gesang komplett besetzt sind, wird der Song von der Listen beauftragte auf einen Zettel geschrieben und dem Moderator überreicht, der diese Musikerkonstellation auf die Bühne ruft, welche dann live performt.
Auf der Bühne steht:
• Komplettes P.A. mit 3 Mikrofone
• Fünfteiliges Schlagzeug: 22“ BD, 16“FT, 14“ HT, 12“ HT, 14“ Snare + Cymbals, Hi-Hat Maschine, Doppel Fuß pedal
• 2 Gitarre Verstärker + 2 ESP E-Gitarre
• 1 Bass Verstärker + 1 ESP Bass
• 1 Teleprompter, wo die Musiker die Texte von die Cover Songs lesen können
Nach dem Song gehen die Musiker wieder von der Bühne und der Moderator ruft die nächsten Musiker auf, die dann den nächsten Song spielen. Es ist ebenfalls allein die Entscheidung des Veranstalters, ob er zwischendurch mal eine Pause anordnet.
Es ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil, dass keine festen Bandformationen auf der Bühne spielen. Die Musiker sollen sich auf der Open Stage kennenlernen. Jeder spielt das, wofür er sich in der Liste eingetragen hat.
(Also es kann dort keine Gruppe von Musikern auftreten, die eine feste Band sind. Es wird immer alle gemischt und spontan, abhängig welche Musiker hat sich zuerst in der Liste für eine bestimmte Cover-Song sich eintragen.)
