We extend an invitation to all enthusiasts of conscious leadership and facilitation artistry, creatives, innovators, community builders, system change advocates, and curious minds to join us in a common area where you can reflect, share ideas, perspectives, visions and collaborate.This time we'll have David Montenegro - Wayfinder, bringing a spark of gaming to the table during our Open Space Experience!
David will facilitate an interactive session around Dynamics® - a serious game that turns the beautiful chaos of product team life into engaging gameplay. Whether you've survived product launch disasters or celebrated unexpected wins, your stories will help shape this evolving game.
Our space pulses with peer-driven learning experiences, not the kind where knowledge flows in one direction, but where wisdom emerges from the beautiful collision of diverse perspectives. In the heart of Berlin, we're sharing dreams, challenges, breakthroughs, and the messy, beautiful process of growth, because when we truly see each other, we discover who we're capable of becoming.
This is a space for people looking to inspire one another, collaborate, and develop personally.
We co-create and uncover new possibilities, regardless of your experience level.
We believe in the power of resonance: when we truly meet one another through story, presence, and attention, new perspectives emerge, and transformation begins.
In a world that is constantly changing, it’s more important than ever to understand how we connect with others. Through the lens of mirror neurons, we recognize that we are reflections of one another. How we interact, communicate, and collaborate shapes the world we live in.
This is our experimental live format, where we explore how people, ideas, and energies connect, and how new forms of collaboration emerge from genuine encounters.
We are a growing circle of curious minds, coming together to co-create a wide spectrum of facilitated experiences, workshops, and sessions, all rooted in deep self-exploration and innovative development tools.
