If you're interested in talking about wellbeing in a friendly and supportive environment, then Open Space might be for you.Open Space is a free weekly wellbeing discussion and activity drop-in session in the library.
At Open Space you can talk about any subject to help you gain a better understanding of your personal wellbeing and how to improve it. There will also be fun activities.
There's no need to register or be referred. You can attend as often as you like, and you can come and go during sessions - spaces may be limited.
