Open Purchasing Hours

The public is invited to peruse our Student Organ and purchase small vials of aromamaterials. Our offerings also include a curated selection of books, magazines, and fragrance wheels.

For ease, please check out our online Inventory to see what will be on offer; you can assemble your shopping lists ahead of time!* This is a convenient time to purchase materials for classes that have Materials Lists, as well expand your personal collection of scents for your own creative endeavors.

Please note that our aromamaterials are all in dilution (10%, 1%, some even lower) and consist mostly of naturals (essential oils, absolutes, CO2 extracts) and synthetics (single molecules). There are a very small selection of blends (premade accords and fragrance oils) but our main goal is to empower perfumers to learn the building blocks of perfumery.

The library and gallery will be open for enjoyment as well. Currently on view is this year's Art and Olfaction Awards Finalists - come smell them and cast your vote for the People's Choice Award!

Staff will be present to assist with the sales but cannot provide consultation or education. There is no blending possible at this event, only smelling and purchasing. RSVP is appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome!

Pricing:

We only sell the aromamaterials in dilution from our Student Organ, and the pricing is as follows:

• 5/8 Dram Vials for $4.00 (Refills for $2.00)

• 1 Dram Vials for $6.00 (Refills for $3.00)

We do not offer any larger quanities or lab supplies (pipettes, beakers, alcohol) for purchase.
