This Open Friday Night dance with Meredith Davies will be offered as a ‘taster’ before the Saturday Heartbeat Introduction workshop.
5Rhythms is more than just a good dance. Dancing with our emotions is deeply empowering, fun and transformative work.
This taster night is an opportunity to explore moving with feeling states, the places we sometimes resist and avoid as well as the places we love and celebrate.
Realise the vitality and emotional intelligence that all emotion offers us.

Saturday Oct 17 from 11am - 7pm
Workshop held at The Monastery Geelong.

Friday night ONLY -
$40 / $45
Workshop (Fri night & Sat day) -
Tier 1 $140
Tier 2 $180
Tier 3 $220
Pay it forward $250
