Who should come?

· Participants must be 16 years old or above to attend this tour.

Duration & Meeting Place

· Approximate Duration: 2.0 hours

· Language: English

· Please meet at the entrance to NTUC Health (Pasir Ris), along Pasir Ris Dr 3. The address is 12 Pasir Ris Walk, Singapore 518063.

· The tour will proceed rain or shine.

What to bring?

· Please come in comfortable smart casual clothing. We suggest the following: (1) a collared, modest shirt or blouse with sleeves, covered shoulders, (2) long pants (e.g. jeans) or skirts that cover your knees, (3) covered, flat shoes. Sneakers are preferable.

· Please do not wear singlets, sleeveless / spaghetti-strap or low-cut tops, shorts or miniskirts, slippers or sandals. Participants may be denied entry if they are dressed inappropriately.

· Participants should bring along your physical NRIC / Passport, an umbrella, hand sanitiser, and a bottle of water. Participants are reminded to bring their NRIC/Passport for security clearance. Participants may be denied entry if they do not bring their NRIC or Passport.

· For security reasons, please do not bring any sharp (e.g. scissors) or dangerous objects with you to the data centre.

· If you have earphones with a standard 3.5mm audio jack, please bring them along (for radio guides during the tour).

· Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.

Other important information

· Participants are required to provide their full names (as per NRIC / Passport) and email addresses to Digital Realty during registration to facilitate security clearance.

· Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour for registration.

· The tour requires a fair amount of walking and may not be suitable for the infirm or people with physical disabilities.

· Parking is available at NTUC Health (Pasir Ris) or along Loyang Close (Carpark L0086)

· Photography and videography are strictly not allowed at the data centre.

· All proceeds will go to My Community to sustain the costs of running the tours.

· By agreeing to participate in the tour, every participant will be responsible for any injury, loss of damage due to careIessness of other actions on his/her part or that of children under his/her charge.
