Friday Open mic at Reid Park in Tucson at the Georges Demeester Performance Center. Sign up in person. Social distance, hand sanitizer, fresh air, music, comedy, and more. Performers please bring your own microphone! Acres of space to sit on the lawn and enjoy the show! We provide lights, stands, and speakers. Note there is no A/C power!Expect cancellation if the venue is reserved (which I won't know until I get there) or in case of rain! Watch this event for the latest updates!
Acts of all types are welcome (within reason)!
With the exception of the opening slot, sign-ups are in-person with no proxies. If you want the first slot, message me any time, but please be on time!
Please bring your own mic if you have one! Do you really want to put your mouth anywhere near a community microphone? Me neither!
Set length is 10 minutes. If sign-ups are low I'll try to give everyone more time. Please be ready on time and respect the time limits so everyone gets a chance to play! If you're worried your setup might be complicated, feel free to see me before the show so we can figure it out and maybe sound check if possible.
Please be respectful of the other performers! Your continued participation is contingent upon this!
