It's been a long hot Summer, but we've finally reached September! And because Al the Proprietor booked a ton of entertainment in the 3rd Week of September, we are in for another long journey to the *4th WEDNESDAY* of the month before we reach our Hootenanny.
It's a journey worth taking, however, and good things come to those who wait; like an eclectic array of talented performers, a passel of scintillating spectators, and the gorgeous North Street Cabaret with its panoply of inexpensive libations.
"Universal Liberation Through Creative Self-Actualization" is our motto and a rocking good time for all is our goal.

Michael Hollywood returned to Wisconsin after 33 years in Chicago. He has experience as a Standup Comic, Storyteller, Musician, Performance Poet, Lecturer, Tour Guide, and Writer (amongst other things). He is co-author of a book about Chicago Filmmaking and a graduate of DePaul University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He considers Live Performance to be a sacred activity and takes a special joy in helping others to connect with their own creativity.
