🎤 Botanic Bar Open Mic Night! 🎤Are you ready to take the stage and share your talent with the world? Look no further! The Botanic Bar is thrilled to invite you to our monthly Open Mic Night, on Tuesday 7th May.
Whether you're a seasoned performer or looking to conquer stage fright, our Open Mic Night is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and connect with fellow QUT students. With 10-12 spots available, each performer or group will have a maximum performance time of 5 minutes to shine.
We welcome a diverse range of performers, including:
🎵 Singers
🎸 Musicians
💃 Dancers
🎙️ Spoken word artists
📜 Poets
🤣 Comedians
🎤 Rappers
At the Botanic Bar, we prioritise creating a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. Performers are expected to deliver material that is culturally sensitive and appropriate for our diverse audience. Let's spread positivity and creativity while respecting one another. No discrimination, hate speech, or offensive language will be tolerated.
As stage space is limited, we encourage solo acts, duos, and trios to apply. Acoustic sets are preferred for musical performances.
