Join host Marten Borch at the latest — and undeniably greatest — Open Mic Edmonton has to offer! Each month kicks off with a performance by a new featured artist - Susan Isaac -, followed by the Open Mic itself.Whether you're a seasoned performer or it's your first time, this space is for you. We encourage you to come up and share whatever is in your heart — music, poetry, a short story — the mic is open, and the stage is yours.
Admission is $5 per person, but if you sign up to perform, not only do you get in free — you'll also get a free drink!

Susan Isaac Bio:
Susan Isaac is a Manitoba-born folk singer/songwriter making music in Edmonton. A powerhouse vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, Susan crafts enduring songs reflecting on themes of land, loss, home, belonging, and parenthood. With influences including Brandi Carlile, Joni Mitchell and Mary Gauthier, Susan's slow-cooked lyrics and melodies display pop sensibilities and country leanings, with the occasional indie rock chorus thrown in for good measure! Susan has spent the last two years performing as the lead singer and main songwriter for The Night Warblers and she is now developing her solo career.
