Open Level AcroYoga: Intro to Pops! 🚀
Perfect for beginners AND experienced flyers looking to strengthen their fundamentals!
Learn to fly dynamic moves through strong foundations and precise techniques while keeping it FUN! We break down advanced moves into familiar movements, making the impossible seem simple.
By the end of this 8-week journey, you'll be flying (or basing) moves you didn't even know existed! Our "nerdy technique" approach builds the foundation for impressive tricks – you'll be safely tossing people in the air and having a blast doing it!

- Class time: 19:30-21:00 (We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early)

Fabio is a certified AcroYoga International teacher who has taught at retreats, festivals, and workshops across the USA, Europe, and Asia. Originally from Italy, he focuses on building community and empowering people through mindful movement. His attention to detail and belief that AcroYoga is for any-"body" ensures classes prioritize safety, fun, and a positive mindset. As co-founder of SummerDream Fest, the annual acro gathering in Tuscany, he's been building communities since 2006.
Diana brings her passion for teaching from years as a scuba instructor to the AcroYoga world. Her joy comes from watching students evolve and grow more comfortable in their practice. For several years, acro has been central to her life as she practiced and taught throughout Europe and Asia. With experience spanning dance, acrobatics, and certified yoga teaching, she brings diverse skills to her instruction.
