Discover the joy of movement in our Open-Level Adult Ballet class, designed for ages 16 and up. This welcoming, body-positive, and trauma-informed space invites you to explore ballet without the pressure of rigid aesthetics. Whether you're returning to dance or trying it for the first time, you'll find a supportive environment that celebrates all bodies and skill levels.
Each session includes a gentle warm-up, traditional barre and center exercises, and combinations that accommodate various skill levels. Our focus is on the physical and emotional benefits of ballet—improving posture, flexibility, strength, and mental well-being—rather than perfection. Experience a holistic approach to dance that nurtures both body and mind.
